Chorus is a not-for-profit organisation offering support to seniors, people on their mental health recovery journey, and those living with a disability.
We can see that it does improve their social and emotional well-being and they look forward to it every month
The Kwinana-based group offers a range of services including help at home, transportation and organised events promoting community connections.
Recently Chorus visited Bright Futures Day Care Centre with senior customers to participate in activities with the children, which brought a smile to their faces and the children too.
“We can see that it does improve their social and emotional well-being and they look forward to it every month,” said Angela, part of the Chorus team.
Thanks to you playing Lotterywest games, a grant of $198,450 is helping Chorus develop a training package to strengthen their aged care, disability and mental health services.

The Constable Care Child Safety Foundation Inc., now known as the Constable Care Foundation, was initiated in 1997 as part of Community Policing. Now a separate function, the team work tirelessly to address social issues in primary school aged children.
