Finding fur-ever homes thanks to you
What’s better than coming home to a wagging tail and a slobbery kiss? Knowing that your gorgeous new pup has been given a second chance thanks to organisations like K9 Rescue Group.
K9 Rescue Group rehabilitate more than 200 abandoned and impounded dogs each year, helping the dogs to find their fur-ever homes. The group also provide community education on responsible dog ownership, helping to create an environment where each dog is treated with love and respect.
By playing Lotto, you’ve helped provide K9 Rescue Group with a $180,000 grant towards kennel facilities to support the rescue, care, and re-homing of abandoned dogs.
The facility will expand to house up to 40 dogs, and will include specialised areas for food preparation, grooming, treatments and laundry facilities. It will also be environmentally sustainable, featuring solar power, and rainwater collection and storage.
